Good morning,

time to dive into TSpulse!

August is coming to an end and with it the idle rhythm of summer holidays. Now, back to business: we are in a strong position to end 2021 on an excellent fourth quarter!

From September onwards, we will start reaping the fruits of Alexis’ last months of labor in digital marketing. At the end of Q3, time will come to kickstart all moves to make 2022 a great success: new products, new releases, new people joining us, new happy customers, new successful resellers and better relations between all of us. In a nutshell, time has come to roll up our sleeves and prepare together for an extraordinary growth in 2022.

Dominique identified several key areas where we will outperform next year:

  • Remote Support V2 will be announced in September and our Marketing Team is working on Remote Support marketing strategy to reach the limitless TeamViewer worldwide market place. This market segment is new for us and it will for sure sky rock our business in 2022!
  • Remote Access major release 15 will be better than ever. The AdminTool new design will make it simple to understand and easy to use. This will dramatically improve the User Experience and will hopefully efficiently convince anyone in trial mode to buy their license. This will strengthen our conversion rate, effectively helping us to achieve our goals and having a great impact on our sales and audience reach!
  • Remote Work is unique on the market and hasn’t yet become a success. We all need to rise our product awareness to better spread the word about it so that new clients understand the huge benefit Remote Work will provide them!

With all this in mind, I wish us all a fabulous month of September!

TSpulse Monthly News

Stéphane, first support engineer to join Olivier at TSplus, decided to move to the USA in October. Great for him, and for TSplus: Stéphane will keep working for French Support across time zones, therefore improving responding time for French clients around the globe. And he will start working with Mike for American Support, for an ever increasing quality of service!

There is more! Three new teammates are joining us in September!

François is a business engineer starting his VIE in Prague with David. He is in for the fascinating experience of joining the international innovative startup that TSplus is! Dominique will go there in October, to kick off Prague SWAT team, a first experiment that will hopefully be replicated later in other countries, like Japan. Stay tuned for fresher news coming soon!

Also, Aly, who studied business and has extensive experience in South Korea, is joining TSplus to expand our market there. He will work from France at first, and then move back to South Korea, once the covid crisis has calmed down.

Finally, Adrien, a top-notch engineer based in Lyon, will start working with Alexis and Caleb to implement digital marketing strategies of TSplus, working mainly on our websites: migrating terminaltsplus.com , renovating rdstools.com, creating store pages for better cross-sellling and up-selling.

A big welcome to them!

…In Business Development, Summer holidays have been heavy in the great news department! Jay brought aboard yet another 5000 users partnership… congratulations on that! And amazing news regarding the US: ever heard of Experity? After several months of a great team effort between Dev, Business and Support, we are thrilled to announce that Experity just asked us to move forward with a massive delivery of 5000 users… this is the result an impressive long haul effort, bravo everyone!

Our Development Team continues its substantive work on TSplus Server Monitoring as well as on level 3 support. Regarding the next releases, they are finalizing: TSplus Remote Support version 2 with as main addition the unattended mode requested by all, and TSplus Remote Access version 15 with notably Windows 11 compatibility and a new “lite” graphical interface to facilitate the first steps of new TSplus administrators and increase our conversion rate!

It’s been a pretty outwardly quiet month for our Marketing Team. Much of the work has been a bit less visible than usual. The team worked with Development to upgrade the user interface for the pending release of Remote Support V2. Alexis continued to raise visibility of our websites through deep analysis of our incoming traffic. Along the same lines, the team has expanded our visibility through evolving partnerships with review sites like Capterra and Sourceforge. Slightly outside the normal scop of marketing, Caleb was able to invoice Experity for another 5000 user licenses of Remote Access Enterprise Plus. Everyone even managed to take some holidays!

Our Support Team keeps being great at solving technical problems linked to our services, working hand in hand with the development team.

International Teams have been meeting in August! Jay, TSplus Regional Director for North America, met with Luis, Regional Director for Latin America, and his family for the first time. Luis was on his way to San Diego to attend a family gathering, so Jay and him had lunch whilst enjoying the nice summer weather in Orange County.

Meanwhile, Henri, Alexis and Nicolas were meeting too, in London, by the Tamise.

Then Dominique and Henri went on to see Hendrick, Christian & their spouses for an informal Regional Directors hangout in South Tyrol, at the Swiss-Austrian-Italian border. The food was good and the mountain pretty… good times!
