No doubt, summer is here! Time for holidays, farniente, ice creams and overall happiness… as well as professional achievements! This month, sales are going strong, marketing is expanding, development and support keep advancing hand in hand towards ever better products and services! Check out what TSplus team has been up to below.

In Business Development, while lots of us are heading towards well deserved vacations, July has already proven to be an amazing month:
– The first week has been the highest this year in terms of sales!
– July 6th has been our top selling day this year, close to the record of last year’s COVID burst!
Shout out to Alexis who closed his first 2 big deals in the UK bringing in over $30k in revenue: Watch this space your majesty, TSplus is taking over!

Our Development Team kept working on adding an unattended access feature to TSplus Remote Support, integrating more and more user interfaces into the AdminTool of TSplus Remote Access and designing a “Lite” AdminTool interface.
All that whilst still working hard on TSplus Server Monitoring! Go team!

Our Support Team remains united facing the challenge of solving all problems linked to the deployment of our solutions on a daily basis. They courageously address all difficulties whilst forwarding requests for improvements to the development team.

July has been a big month for our Marketing Team. The star of the show has been Alexis! He is making great headway in his march through the UK market, all the while working on tsplus.net. New product pages, optimizations and updated designs are just a small part of the great things he is doing!
We have also expanded our strategy of visibility through reviews. We have added a sourceforge.com product page for Remote Access, with more targeted information and links to the new product pages on tsplus.net.
Finally, Marketing recently published a short explainer video for TSplus Remote Support. Check it out!

Our International Teams are doing great too! Rukshan, TSplus’ regional director for India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and neighbouring countries shared some numbers recently: currently, we are having more than 100 resellers in Pan India, 2 resellers in UAE and 1 in Bangladesh. The regional sales growth chart shows a 50 % yearly increase for 3 years in a row now! Let’s just keep going like this everyone!

Great product for connecting multiple users to a Windows server. Much less expensive than purchasing Windows Server Licenses.

Recently we had an issue with universal printing and i must say that TSPLUS team has resolved the issue in a timely manner. I was also pleasantly surprised by TSPLUS team member doing a remote login... to assist with my issue as i wasn't sure what to expect when we purchased their product. So far I am pleased with their support and in the very near future we are planning on buying another TSPLUS subscription.read more
