Good afternoon,
time to check your TSpulse!
Summer is here!
The last days of May were marked by our Headquarters’ reunion in Paris: what a wonderful time we had in this great city and location, enjoying tasty food, entertaining activities and most important of all: good company!

As Dominique shared: we are entering impredictable times, after two years of Covid-19 fracturing our world view, a war in Ukraine and an economic Russian block. This is the end of global economy as we knew it.
Facing this situation, we are taking on 5 great markets: applications delivery ; remote work and mobility ; cybersecurity ; screen sharing ; RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management)! We’re doing so with one strategy per market, each powered by 5 amazing websites: tsplus.net/remote-access.com, tsplus.net/advancedsecurity, tsplus.net/remotesupport, tsplus.net/servermonitoring, rds-tools.com
Armed with our team power, the great quality and image of our products and services, our network of partners and resellers, our websites and marketing strategies, we shall succeed… even more than we already do!
Dominique also introduced the team to upcoming projects such as TSplus academy, a certifying e-learning training service for TSplus products ; RPA (Robot Process Automation) and a SaaS model for our products.
Now remember: “Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno”!

Enjoy your summer and keep up the good work!
Anne, for TSplus team

In Business Development, our sales increased over 9% since the publication of the new store page, thanks to bundle sales bump and update & support subscriptions.
Direct web sales are up, as well as Regional Directors sales and direct invoicing.
Big up for USA/UK who got amazing results with their specific sales strategy, channeling PPC!
Rohit also officially introduced himself to TSplus Headquarters’ team. He is now in charge of growing TSplus in India, recruiting resellers, support and dev staff to develop proficiency, lead generation, organization and customization.

Our Development Team developed new editions and pricing, with less editions than previously, a simpler offering and increased prices on every products and bundles.
Server monitoring was released as a replacement for Server Genius, with its desktop UI, customizable exportable reports, remote servers monitoring, websites monitoring, health alerts, even on MS teams.
20+ bugs and improvements happened besides the releases.
Advanced Security gained its « Lite » mode, silently changed its database engine. Soon, an hacker IP protection will come out. You can already test its beta version!
Remote access got 100+ bugs fixed. Its Windows compatibility and navigation improved, gaining a “Lite” mode, RDG-compatible encryption tunnel, session prelaunch, modern setup and farm management to accommodate the needs of ever bigger clients. Soon, a bundle setup will be released!
All that whilst increasing the quality of TSplus products and services documentation together with the support and marketing teams.
For Q4, the roadmap leads to developing a new version of Remote Support, hosting it ourselves to help prospect customers try it out without setup or running complications, with a simple standard user interface.

In our Marketing Team, Spring has sprung and summer is here. Marketing has been behind the scenes focusing on new, visible and useful content for our websites. There’s been a recent wave of blog articles thanks to the efforts of Dominique M. and Alexis. At the same time, Alexis has also worked on building out the features pages of the product line, making them more informative for users (and more Google-friendly, too!). Adrien D. has done great work providing page mock-ups and design ideas to help present all that new content. Floriane is testing new tools to help us update the graphics and layouts of our marketing materials. These concurrent actions are all part of aligning the presentation of our brand and creating consumer confidence in our products. We look forward to the coming weeks as more of this content begins to appear on our websites.

TSplus Support Team welcomes Thomas Fernandez in the team to follow up on this year sales increase and consequent support needs, raised by 18% compared to 2021 and 27% compared to 2019.
It’s noticeable that Remote Support received much fewer support tickets in 2022 than in 2021, when printing tickets raised by 62% from 2020 to 2021 and are likely gonna increase of 50% in 2022. Remote Work tickets numbers are constant.
The greatest project of 2022 for the support team will be developing TSplus Academy, e-learning services for all of our products.
A grand bravo to Adrien P. for coding a great tool for internal testing!

From our International Teams: Christian keeps working hard on his new online shop, released in the Spring with updated prices and store pages, targeting customers in Southern Europe!
Meanwhile, in China, TSplus website tsplus.cn is now lined-up with TSplus global site. Its new payment gateway accepts Chinese Yuan (RMB) and UnionPay card payment methods. These changes make it smooth and easy for our Chinese customers to make online orders and will help us conquer China market.
A special thanks to Adrien D.’s hard work to get all of this done!
In Paris, our Headquarters’ team had the chance to meet Rohit, joining TSplus to develop our outreach in India. Rohit and his lovely wife enjoyed the chance to discover the city and its thriving life.
