time to check your TSpulse!

May started already and things are looking good for TSplus!
Sales keep rising all over the globe, peeking in India, the US and the UK this month. Bravo to all teams there!!!
Meanwhile, our Headquarter’s team reunion is approaching: on May 30th and 31st, the TSplus French team is meeting in Paris’ Hilton Opera for two days of good times, annual reporting and celebration! Can’t wait for to see you all irl again!

We will even have the pleasure to meet Rohit and his wife there, joining us for the occasion! To dive in advance in the mood of this beautiful event, here is a little memory from last year…

TSpulse Monthly News

The beginning of June started beautifuly with TSplus yearly summit in Paris. An occasion to meet old and new faces, look back at what the company achieved in the past year, and plan the future!
The biggest change: TSplus is evolving to becoming a worldwide brand, expert in remote access, offering an ever growing range of great products.
To this end, TSplus international opened new headquarters in Czech Republic, France and the USA. We plan on deploying in Asia next year, willing to open offices in China, Japan, South Korea, India and Russia.
This change came with many new team members and means of communication.
We launched a new website: tsplus.net as well as internal and external communication tools to improve our visibility and trust from our customers.
Today the TSplus family counts fourty people, we hope to reach a hundred by 2025!

In Business Development, As spring gets uppon us and the sun starts shining again which feels good… big deals are flowing in and it feels GREAT!

From the great India Region, Rukshan keeps closing deals in the thousands of credits, it looks like the pandemic effects are slowly fading away and that business is back on everyone’s agenda!
In the US, Jay has started seeing the benefits of our marketing efforts with a strong increase in contacts and trial download, we are all very confident this will soon turn in a steep increase of sales. Oh, by the way, Jay secured an over-8000 credits sale with one of his largest customers before flying off to Mexico on a well deserved holiday: Arriba!
UK-wise, Alexis keeps bringing in more large customers customers buying us large quantities of licences: his Q1 numbers are up 94% vs last year… On track for a record-breaking year!
India-wise, our organisation is getting stronger every day:
– We are now fully operational with a working bank account, allowing customers to pay us in Rupees;
– Rohit is quickly being brought up to speed thanks to the amazing help of Rukshan, Alexandre and Marcus, cheers to that people!

Our Development Team entered Q2 ready for brand new objectives and adventures:
-rocking our updated web portal
-modernizing our client generator
-implementing ever better features on our existing products

TSpulse marketing strategy banner

In our Marketing Team, the month of April brought some great technical wins for the marketing department. Alexis started work with google on precision targeting of ads and links. The goal is to use this process to increase the likelihood that the people seeing our ads and downloading our software are A) The right people and B) They get the right software.
We have also finally begun re-integrating some offshoot reseller sites back into the TSplus.net ecosystem. This is a huge win in terms of transaction tracking and international user behavior analysis.
And of course, we announced the release of Server Monitoring to the client and wider reseller base. Between existing clients and sales that come as part of out new software bundles, we expect to have solid information and customer feedback about Server Monitoring soon!

From our International Teams: with TSplus new price list, Christian is working hard on a new online shop. A website targetting Eastern Europe and Russia was released on May 1st, with updated prices and store pages.

Meanwhile, TSPlus LATAM Team has been very active generating prospects, doing demos and closing new customer opportunities in all of the Region. The sales team actively prospects new markets and upgrades many existing customers in different segments to new versions of the product line, as Luis in their last resellers’ convention below.
