Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between buying or renting licenses?

Purchasing licenses: one-time purchase that grants you perpetual licenses, ensuring lifetime access without expiration. It also includes one year of updates and support.

Renting licenses: monthly or yearly subscription that provides access to all features, along with continuous updates and support. However, since you don’t own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a fully-featured 14-day free trial. You can download it here.

Can I buy with a purchase order?

Yes, please send us a purchase order (PO) by mail at [email protected] and we will send you an invoice with instructions.

In your mail, please include:

- Name and address of the company
- VAT number (for EEC companies)
- Desired name of the product
- Desired name of the edition (Essentials / Startup / Business)
- Desired number of licenses

Are the licenses permanent?

When buying licenses: Yes, your TSplus Remote Access licenses are permanent and will never expire. You can use them without any time limitation.

When renting licenses: No, rented licenses are not permanent. Since you don’t own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.

Does the price includes tax?

Depending on where you live, local taxes may apply and will be added to the total price during the checkout process.

In this case, you'll be able to enter your tax ID (VAT/GST/etc.) on the last step of the checkout.

Does the price includes the Updates and Support services?

When renting licenses: updates and support are included as long as your subscription remains active.

When buying licenses: the first year of Updates and Support is included. During checkout, you will have a chance to select 2 or 3 years instead.

In this case, the fee for these services are a percentage of the license price:
- One year: 21% of license price:
- Two years: 18% of license price per year
- Three years: 15% of license price per year

That’s why we recommend to select 3 years to maximize your savings on the long term.

Can I get support to deploy my TSplus software?

Yes, you will find all the information you need in our knowledge base , our user guides and the deployment support emails that you will receive. TSplus remote desktop access software are easy to deploy, but if you still face difficulties, our support team will be happy to help you.

I already bought a license, where can I manage it?
