When buying licenses:
Yes, your TSplus Remote Access licenses are permanent and will never expire. You can use them without any time limitation.
When renting licenses:
No, rented licenses are not permanent. Since you don’t own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.
Depending on where you live, local taxes may apply and will be added to the total price during the checkout process.
In this case, you'll be able to enter your tax ID (VAT/GST/etc.) on the last step of the checkout.
When renting licenses:
updates and support are included as long as your subscription remains active.
When buying licenses:
the first year of Updates and Support is included. During checkout, you will have a chance to select 2 or 3 years instead.
In this case, the fee for these services are a percentage of the license price:
- One year: 21% of license price:
- Two years: 18% of license price per year
- Three years: 15% of license price per year
