However, since you don't own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.

In your mail, please include: - Name and address of the company - VAT number (for EEC companies) - Desired name of the product - Desired name of the edition (Essentials / Startup / Business) - Desired number of licenses

Q: Are the licenses permanent?

When buying licenses: Yes, your TSplus Server Monitoring licenses are permanent and will never expire. You can use them without any time limitation. When renting licenses: No, rented licenses are not permanent. Since you don't own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.

Q: Does the price includes the Updates and Support services?

When renting licenses: updates and support are included as long as your subscription remains active. When buying licenses: the first year of Updates and Support is included. During checkout, you will have a chance to select 2 or 3 years instead. In this case, the fee for these services is a percentage of the license price: - One year: 21% of license price: - Two years: 18% of license price per year - Three years: 15% of license price per year That's why we recommend selecting 3 years to maximise your savings in the long term.
