TSplus Remote Access is constantly evolving. We schedule one new major version update per year, as well as monthly performance upgrades, feature additions and Windows compatibility updates.

Infrastructures and applications evolve every day – keeping your clients’ Remote Access servers up to date is so critical!

If you have not done it yet, I recommend that you help your clients stay on top of things by reminding them to subscribe to or renew their TSplus Update/Support services. The cost is low and they will receive –

  • Regular security, compatibility and feature enhancement updates
  • Access to each Yearly Major Release update
  • Free re-hosted licenses if they need to change their equipment
  • On-line access to our Support Team through our worldwide ticketing system
  • Peace of mind knowing your clients’ Remote Access infrastructure is equipped with the latest developments

Signing up is easy. Just log into your TSplus Partner Portal, select your client’s TSplus license and add ‘Updates and Support’. The TSplus Update/Support services are the best way to keep their TSplus servers running smoothly.

Recently we had an issue with universal printing and i must say that TSPLUS team has resolved the issue in a timely manner. I was also pleasantly surprised by TSPLUS team member doing a remote login... to assist with my issue as i wasn't sure what to expect when we purchased their product. So far I am pleased with their support and in the very near future we are planning on buying another TSPLUS subscription.read more
