The number of servers, recommended licenses, and proposed configuration may vary depending on available resources, technical specifications, and the actual complexity of each infrastructure.
This estimate should therefore be considered as an indicative guideline, not as a definitive configuration.
"Unlimited" Licenses
Our "unlimited" licenses are truly unlimited from a technical standpoint: no restrictions are coded into the product.
However, our support commitment officially covers up to 50 simultaneous users per server.
If an incident occurs on a server exceeding this threshold (e.g., 80 users), we may ask you to reproduce the issue in an environment with ≤ 50 users before intervening.
This ensures effective assistance in compliance with our quality standards.
Gateway License
The Gateway uses a Remote Access Enterprise 3-user license, the smallest available.
This helps reduce costs, as the Gateway does not host any active user sessions: it serves only as a secure entry point.
Advanced Security
Essential
Pre-connection protection: anti-brute-force, IP filtering, geo-restriction...
Ultimate
Complete protection: all Essential features + anti-ransomware and user environment control.
Recommendation: Our clients typically install Essential on gateways and Ultimate on application servers.
Server Monitoring
We recommend a dedicated server for Server Monitoring as a "master" server that will process data transmitted by agents on each application server.
